Here is a new photo of 7-month old Gleanntan Good To The Last Drop - "Seamus" (MBIS, MBISS GCHS. Gleanntan's Sure Shot Greyjoy x GCH. Gleanntan Goodness and Light) after earning Winners Dog for his first point and Best of Opposite Sex at last weekend's Catoctin KC show. Thank you to judge David J. Kirkland. Seamus is being shown exclusively in the Bred by Exhibitor class.

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of two gorgeous pups sired by BISS, RBIS GCHS. Finnsky Cooper out of CH. Gleanntan Across the Sea - born on November 7, 2025. Maida has been taking photos and videos and we will share this litter's progress in the coming weeks.

Today was the Kennel Club of Philadelphia show which is also the National Dog Show which is broadcast on Thanksgiving Day. The total Skye entry today was 2-1-0-2 (with the class bitch being absent) under judge Dr. Gerard C. Penta. BEST OF BREED was awarded to our New GCH. Gleanntan Goodness and Light - "Hope" (CH. Gleanntan Prince Albert x CH. Gleanntan Ocean of Light). Winners Dog (1 point) & Best of Opposite Sex was awarded to 15-month old Gleanntan Brenmoor Fife Dynasty - "Brendan" owned and handled by Judith Tabler Cook. Reserve Winners Dog went to 7-month old Gleanntan Good To The Last Drop - "Seamus".

After the terrier group, Judith Tabler Cook, Clay Cook and I spent a few hours sharing the Skyes with what seemed like a record turnout of spectators. The place was packed from 10 am through the end of the day.

At today's Greater Philadelphia Dog Fancier's Association show, the total Skye entry was 2-1-0-2 under judge Ms. Claudia J. Seaberg. BEST OF BREED was awarded to our CH. Gleanntan Goodness and Light - "Hope". Hope returned to the ring after giving birth to her puppies in April. This was her first time in the ring in about one year. I believe this win gave Hope her final points for her Grand Championship title.

Winners Dog (1 point) & Best of Opposite Sex was awarded to 15-month old Gleanntan Brenmoor Fife Dynasty - "Brendan" owned and handled by Judith Tabler Cook. Reserve Winners Dog went to 7-month old Gleanntan Good To The Last Drop - "Seamus". Winners Bitch & Best of Winners (1 point) was awarded to Hope's 7-month old clone, Gleanntan Vulanto All Due Respect - "Meadow" owned and handled by Antoinelle Vulpis. It was so nice to be able to watch Meadow earn her first point almost exactly 8 years to the day that her sire Archer earned his first point!!

Gleanntan I Vant To Be Alone) Best Junior in Sweepstakes and Best in Sweepstakes at the Skye Terrier Club of America National Specialty - Montgomery County KC - October 5, 2025 under judge Ms. Kathi Elliot. Brendan was bred by Gleanntan and Gary Vlachos and he is owned by Judith Tabler Cook and Gleanntan and shown by Michael Pesare.

NEW CHAMPION Gleanntan Brenmoor Fast and Bonnie - "Bonnie" (CH. Gleanntan Prince Albert x CH. Gleanntan I Vant To Be Alone) winning Winners Bitch (3-point major) from the Bred by Exhibitor class at the Hatboro Dog Club show (I) - October 2, 2025. The judge was Mrs. Kaisa Gold from Finland. Bonnie was bred by Gleanntan and Gary Vlachos, and she is owned and presented by Michael Pesare, Gleanntan Kennels, Reg.

Maida and I had entries in the Northeastern Maryland KC show on Saturday, July 5 and the National Capital KC show on Sunday, July 6. Our entries consisted of three youngsters - 7-month old Gleanntan Blowin’ In The Wind - “Grant”, 11-month old Gleanntan Brenmoor Fast and Bonnie - “Bonnie” and 14-month old Partisky Enigma - “Kenzie”. On Saturday, Winners Dog (1 point) was awarded to Kenzie. Winners Bitch, Best of Winners (1 point) and Best Bred by Exhibitor was awarded to Bonnie under judge Mr. David B. Swartwood. On Sunday, Winners Dog (1 point) was awarded to Kenzie. Winners Bitch, Best of Winners (1 point) and Best Puppy was awarded to Bonnie under judge Mr. Robert E. Hutton. Later in the day, Bonnie competed in a Puppy Group and she earned a Group 2 under judge David Fitzpatrick.

June 24, 2025 - 10.5-month old Brendan earns Best of Breed from the Puppy class in his first show - first point earned

On Saturday, June 21, we received exciting news from the Virginia Kennel Club show in Doswell, VA. Judith Tabler Cook had 10.5-month old Gleanntan Brenmoor Fife Dynasty - "Brendan" entered in his first show. The total Skye entry today was 1-0-0-1 (one class dog and one female Special) under judge Mrs. Pamela B. Peat. Later in the day, Brendan made the cut in a high-quality terrier group. Judith handled Brendan in breed and group!

June 21, 2025 - 6-Month Old Gleanntan Blowin’ In The Wind - “Grant” earns his first point

Grant's First Show - First Point - 6-month old Gleanntan Blowin' In The Wind (MBISS GCHS. Linum the Juggler x GCH. Gleanntan Sure Good Solace, BN, RN, CGCA, TKI) at the Bryn Mawr Kennel Club show on Saturday, June 14, 2025. The judge was terrier expert Roz Kramer. Grant was co-bred and he is co-owned by Gleanntan Knl & Judith Tabler Cook.

June 2, 2025 - Grant Wins Beginner Puppy Best in Show - Staten Island KC - May 24

Grant's coat was "blowin' in the wind" on his way to AKC 4-6 Month Beginner Puppy Best in Show in an entry of 32 puppies at the Staten Island KC show breeder/owner handled. Heartfelt thanks to judge Theresa M. Lyons for this honor and your wonderful comments on Grant's movement.

At the 149th Annual Westminster Kennel Club show on February 11, 2025, superbly handled by his owner, Antoinelle Vulpis, GCHS. Gleanntan’s Sure Shot Greyjoy - “Archer” won the terrier group under judge Mr. David J. Kirkland. Earlier in the day, he earned Best of Breed under judge Mr. Randy E. Garren.
